If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product please return it in it’s original condition within 7 days of receipt and it will be replaced or we will refund the purchase price using the method in which you originally paid. For security, returns should be sent by traceable delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for missing goods. If you do receive a product which is faulty, please don’t hesitate to contact us to arrange free return and delivery an exchange or refund. Should a fault appear after a garment has been worn, we would appreciate it if you would dry-clean it prior to returning. Or a charge may occur.


Some fabrics and items may be discontinued or delayed without notice. Your money will be fully refunded, or there may be an option to choose an alternative colour/style. You will be notified as soon as possible.

We will advise you of the expected dispatch date either by phone or email and the product will be sent to you as it becomes available.

Payments can be made by PayPal and EFT.

Clothing Items

Care Instructions: We recommend to wash with like colours and items, cold water and let air dry. These items can be pre-soaked no longer than 15mins before being washed as colours could run. You can further protect delicate items in a garment bag.

Baby Jogger Pant and Short Sizes Available: Newborn to 2 years – more coming soon.

Tops and Jackets Sizes Available: vary from 00 to 16 years. Just ask if not in stock.

Small irregularities may be apparent due to the individual craftsmanship of each item.

2. Entrants must be 18 years old or older and have a child (aged up to and including 4 years old) who will colour in the Promoter’s ‘Peggy the unicorn’ picture (the ‘Artwork’).  

3. The competition commences at 9:00am on 10 March 2019 at the MyKidsMarketNSWSutherland Basketball centre and ends (i.e. entries close) at 11:00am on the same day. The winner will be announced at 11.10am on site and winner will be contacted.
4. To be eligible, the Entrant must submit the Artwork with the relevant contact details completed.
5. Only one entry per person and each child can only submit one Artwork per competition.
6. Entries must be received by Promoter no later than 11am on 10 March 2019.
7. Artwork will be judged on artistic merit in the opinion of the judging panel. The judging panel will be made up of ‘Maximilian the Muse’ and any other party decided by the Promoter.
8. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be accepted or exchanged in regard to the final decisions.
9. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the draw which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of Promoter.
10. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in the clause above.
11. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late or misdirected entries.
12. The winner may also be announced on the Promoter’s social media accounts.
13. Artworks will be returned to the Entrants. The Promoter and/or their assistants will merely take a photograph of the completed Artwork and contact details.
14. There will only be one (1) winner selected for the competition.
15. The prize is one (1) Baseball Tshirt (excluding Hero Ts, Jackets and knitwear) and one (1) pair of patch pants in size of choice. Subject to availability by the end of the show.
16. The prize is not transferrable, cannot be exchanged nor be taken as cash.
17. The winner must collect the prize on the day of competition while the MyKidsMarketNSW Sutherland Basketball centre remains open (which closes at 12noon) or at the next market in which the Promoter is exhibiting being Caringbah Markets at President Lane (7:00am to 1:00pm on 31 March 2019). If the prize is not collected by this time, the winner forfeits their rights to the prize and the competition will be redrawn – subject to the decision of the Promoter.
18. Reproductions of the Entries may be used as the Promoter sees fit for social media posts, merchandise and/or promotional purposes without payment of any fee or royalties of any kind to the Entrant.
19. By entering the competition, the Entrant agrees that the Promoter may use their name and contact details for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further notification, payment or other compensation to the Entrant.
20. The Promoter, its assistants and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the competition.
21. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the competition and for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes and will not use this information for any other purpose.
22. Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the Entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
23. All information is handled in accordance with Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
